General Heim from Picatinny gave the opening address and the Civil War reenactors performed the opening flag ceremony. In addition to their encampment which gave scheduled talks, there was also the Revoluntionary War reenactors, Picatinny;s big guns and their historical society's table as well as military chaplain;s tent.
