Sparta Historical Society welcomes everyone to enjoy the first days of summer at Van Kirk Homestead Museum's grounds.  Stroll leisurely through our Community Garden plots with Master Gardener, who will explain about them and the role of our certified butterfly garden.

New this year is our guest speaker and Master Gardener, Lynne Ciccarelli, who will talk about native plants.     

Enjoy a glass of flavored water and summer treats on the house patio!   This event is totally weather dependent - there is no rain date.
